This old “Franklyn” stove was broken,dangerous and the flue pipe was split.Sitting in a large inglenook it was totally inefficient and had to go……As the property is over 250 years old a 9kw Woodwarm Fireview was the answer – nearly 80% efficient to the old stoves 20% it wasnt a hard choice for the client. The large chimney was also insulated with vemeculite for added warmth.
